What to wear: Anniversary in Paris

“There is a shade of red for every woman”

Hi dearest,

My boyfriend surprised me: He wants to celebrate our six-month anniversary in Paris! Immediately I started imagining how we would spend the days romantically: Visiting the Eiffel Tower, eating macarons at Ladurée and having diner at a French (organic) restaurant. We will be typical tourists for a few days. As I was thinking of these activities I started thinking of potential outfits I could wear. This triggered my search for nice clothing on the Internet.

For the H&M clothing I included the Dutch links.

Outfit 1: Romantic candlelight dinner

This is probably my favorite look. I love how the color unexpectedly match with each other. In my view,  adding the small leopard printed purse is the finishing touch to a elegant, unique look.

Outfit 2: A day at the Eiffel Tower

  2. Retro dress by Rosegal.com
  3. Espadrilles by H&M
  4. Heart pattern fringe handbag by Rosegal.com

Casual is not boring. I cannot imagine myself visiting the Eiffel Tower on high heels. Therefore, I decided to look for cute Espadrilles. These types of shoes are always comfortable. I really like how the pastel pink matches with the red dress. Therefore, I decided to stick to these colors for the second look as well.

Outfit 3: Another romantic dinner

  1. Pastel pink jacket by H&M
  2. Backless cocktail dress by Rosegal.com
  3. Faux leather wristlet wallet by Rosegal.com
  4. Plateau sandals by H&M

I am in LOVE with this vintage dress. Since the dress is a real eye-catcher I decided to keep the overall look calm by not wearing jewelry.

Which look is your favorite?
