My favorite banana bread recipe

This banana bread is great to start your day with, as a post-work out snack; this recipe will make you crave for more! Never did I think that vegetarians were able to have the most tasteful cakes for those with sweet tooth. My colleagues, family and friends love this banana bread and I am sure you will as well!

Ingredients
100 grams of spelled flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
275 grams of banana
10 grams of pure cacao powder
10 grams cranberries
4 grams of cinnamon
1 egg
2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven on 180º
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Put the bananas in a different bowl and mash these
  4. Mix the mashed bananas and dry ingredients
  5. Add the egg and egg whites and blend until a smooth mixture
  6. Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking pan
  7. Pour the batter into the baking pan
  8. Bake for 45 minutes
